2017年1月10—12日,第三届森海高级船员研讨会在森海上海公司举行。共有40名来自16家船东的高级船员参加了本届研讨会。 Singhai Marine Services has once again, successfully conducted another Senior Officers Management Conference (SMOC) in
Shanghai from 10 to 12 Jan 2017 for 40 senior officers serving with 16 international shipping companies.
公司管理层非常重视这次研讨会,培训部花了近两个月的时间为这次会议进行精心准备,不仅森海内部各部门给予全力支持,森海的主要船东客户也积极参与筹谋。研讨会第一天,来自海外的六名船东代表作主题演讲,探讨的题目有:(见照片下的具体介绍)。上海海事局港口检查负责人孙玉杰先生就中国港口检查和东京备忘录及巴黎备忘录作了最新报告。中新国际沈爱兵船长和森海培训部经理Ozgur船长与大家分享了海上健康;森海新加坡公司市场发展总监Johnny Sim结合案例分析就增强劳动价值及职业道德进行了分享。每一个演讲都是一道美味的精神大餐呈现在每位海员的面前。通过一天生动又各有特色的分享,与会的船员都得到了一次精神升华。
Organizing regular SOMC is one of the important tasks for Singhai Marine Services, demonstrating our fulldetermination and commitment to
strengthen the core competencies of our Chinese seafarers making them the true professional seafarers. The highlights of the first day of
the highly interactive conference were the sharing of the wide spectrum of areas of interest concerning seafarers by representatives from
China LNG Shipping (International) Co., Ltd. (CLSICO), AET, Ocean Tankers Pte., Ltd, Nathalin Group Co., Ltd, AkademiLaut Malaysia
(ALAM) and Shanghai MSA.In addition, we had our Singhai team to share the new topic in Wellness at Sea and the reinforcement of
Positive Working Values and Professional Ethics.

研讨会的第二天公司邀请到了北京时代兴邦公司的首席培训师,清华、北大等高校的特聘讲师孟志强老师SOMC的TOP4们组织了“中层领导力”训练营,机会非常难得,所有森海员工都积极参与,分公司的员工也都通过视频系统参与培训。TOP4无疑是船上这个小集体的领导者,而领导者应该具备怎样的素质?如何更有技巧的与下属相处?如何带好你的团队做出更好的结果?又如何与90后新生代的船员相处共事?通过孟老师富有激情、深刻的培训让大家纷纷找到了答案。孟老师还通过上一期学员提供的海上真实案例与大家一起分析该怎么正确的处理这些问题,引发了激烈的讨论,甚至在午饭的时候大家还凑在一起探讨这些案例,可见这次学习给大家留下了多么深刻的印象。一天的培训下来,效果可以用震撼来形容,通过随机的采访,海员们觉得从来没有接受过这方面的培训,而这些对于船上工作又非常的重要,真的觉得受益匪浅,特别感谢公司安排了这个课程。培训结束后,所有接受培训的人都深深记住了中层领导的自我修养“深深的爱,细细的教,重重的罚,默默的送。”
The highlight
in Day 2 is the sharing of leadership and management skills on how to lead
their teams to achieve the desired performance
and result by Mr. MengZhiQiang-
one of the China’s most sought after Management Guru. Mr. Meng is the chief trainer of Beijing Shi Dai
Xing Bang
and the honorable lecturer of Tsinghua University and Peking University. Mr. Mengthrough
his passionate teaching style and real
case studies led the senior officers to
self-reflect and determine the series of basic and yet difficult questions such
as what
qualities should TOP4s have as the leaders onboard a ship? How to get
along with subordinates? How to lead the team to achieve better
results? How to
work with generations born after 90s?At the end of training, all senior
officers commented that such a training was
so different compared with all
other training they attended before. They felt that they have benefitted a lot
from this training and
strongly believed that the knowledge and skills they
obtained will enable them to become a better leader on board. Last but not
least,
the Chinese version of inspiring and cultivating individual of being a
good leader, i.e. “深深的爱,细细的教,重重的罚,默默的送。”

最后一天上午,森海董事长兼总经理赵玮先生带领公司高层与全体高级船员进行“OPEN DIALOGUE”,就公司文化、发展目标、船员福祉、船员职业发展等课题和大家展开对话,气氛诚恳、积极、温馨、热烈。通过这种面对面沟通交流,全体与会船员均深受启发、受益匪浅,公司高层也更加了解了船员的心理想法,对一线高级船员所提出的各类建设性意见现场即时进行归纳梳理,以期今后为森海船员提供更加实用和更加贴心的服务。
On the last day, President of Singhai Marine Services, Mr. Zhao Wei shared his vision and the strategies to
sustaining growth of Singhai.He also highlighted initiatives and focus to better taken care of our seafarers. An
open dialogue under friendly, sincere and constructive environment was fruitfully conducted to discuss wide
spectrum of issues concerning the seafarers as well as develop better understanding between Singhai and
seafarers.

This is a good chance for senior officers to communicate, to enhance their working skills and knowledge and also to tighten the relationship
between seafarers and Singhai. Officers also expressed thankfulness and their stories through Wechat after the transitory two and a half
days. Although the conference had come to an end, Singhai is always there for you to berth.
