Mind the mood in your voice

a. Volume-Speak in a moderate tone.

We cannot speak too loud for me may sound angry, arrogant, and too aggressive.  On the contrary, if it too soft, we may sound timid and unsure. Also, the microphone inside the speaker tends to distort the sound of your voice if we speak very loudly.

b. Pitch-A low-pitched voice is necessary to make you sound more mature and pleasant. It is important our voice to modulate your voice to sound clearer and more interesting .A high pitched tone is irritating most of the time.
