SINGHAI Summer Camp
The
long-awaited summer vacation has finally come, and what makes me more excited
is that I will attend the summer camp organized by the company's excellent
class in this summer vacation. This summer camp I will spend three happy days with
my classmates.
The 2019
Senhai Excellent Class of DMU and the 2020 Senhai Excellent class of JMU
gathered together in Shanghai Senhai Maritime Headquarters to participate in
the summer camp of Senhai Excellent Class.
This
summer camp was full of twists and turns. The air ticket booked in advance
could not take off normally due to the typhoon. After two changes, I finally
boarded the plane from Dalian to Shanghai on the evening of July 27th. After
arriving at the hotel, it was very late. After a simple sleep, the three-day
summer camp began.
On the
first day there was a knock on the door at 8am and a company-given uniform and
name tag. After wearing it, I simply had some breakfast and went to the
company. Although I had some knowledge of the company's appearance on the
Internet, this time I entered the company gave me a very different experience.
There were four levels of the company, everyone was doing their job, and the
company was very orderly. I was surprised.
This
morning, the opening ceremony was organized by the managing director, Mr. Zhao
Wei. Encourage us to study, in these three days can be fruitful, live up to the
trip. What impressed me most was that he explained something about how to sit
to listen to the lecture. Then there are the ways to stretch your body in small
areas every morning. We are still young now, from now on to have a healthy body
is very important for the future.
Another
thing that impressed me is that English ability is very important to be an
international sailor in the future. You need to be able to communicate with
people from other countries. Get familiar with their dialect. In order to
achieve this goal, it needs us to learn English and practice oral English every
day from school. Create a good environment for yourself to learn spoken
English.
In the
afternoon, Captain Wang took us to visit the headquarters of Shanghai Senhai.
There are large meeting rooms, offices, coffee rooms, loungers and baggage
rooms. Deep sea staff, brothers and sisters are very warm welcome us! It also
answers a lot of questions for us.
Deans from
Dalian Maritime University and Jimei University also participated in the summer
camp. They gave us some credit for choosing the deep sea from our perspective
and analyzed the challenges and difficulties we would face in the future. At
the same time, I hope we can stick to it and stay true to our original
aspiration. Have great expectations for our future.
The 29th
was the most impressive day for me. We gathered in the training room early in
the morning, ready to start the day full of vitality. The chairman led us to do
stretching exercises to stretch our body and mind. It will stretch our veins
and make us more energetic and energetic. As the saying goes, tendons often an
inch, long life ten years. I think this kind of stretching exercise is very
important not only for the present, but also for the future, and even for the
whole life.
After full
of energy. Captain Zhu shared some lessons about leadership with us. In the
future, we will be a management crew. Leadership is very important for us. Mr.
Wang, the manager of the Human Administration department, gave us a course on
career planning. Every time you choose to follow your heart, suit yourself.

The summer
camp not only prepared a variety of training courses, but also arranged for us
to visit Shanghai entertainment projects. It can be said that both learning and
entertainment. I spent the whole afternoon and evening visiting Shanghai. It
was my first time to come to Shanghai and the first time to come to the south.
So I was looking forward to it and was very excited. We will leave Shanghai
headquarters at 1:30 and visit Shanghai Science and Technology Museum by bus.
Into the museum, really let me feel the charm of the development of science and
technology. All the principle knowledge I learned in junior high school and high
school can be reflected here one by one. It is full of science and technology,
and I am very interested in it. I can stay there for one day.
The rest
of the trip was the most exciting. When I came to the riverside of the Huangpu
River, I was shocked by the sight of the surging river and the tall buildings.

clearer goal in mind.
On the
morning of July 30, we had a team presentation contest. All the students are
well prepared to give full play to their strengths and talents. To show the

presented prizes and gifts to us for the presentation contest. Finally, the
chairman of the board gave us a summary speech, summarizing the capabilities

This
summer camp, I gained a lot of knowledge, broadened my horizon, let me learn a
lot of things, harvest a lot, thanks to Sing Hai. Three days of summer camp soon
ended, my heart is very reluctant. But our efforts will not come here, but
