经过一个月紧张的线上学习，森海2020届实习生METP（全称：森海实习生海事英语增强培训课程，是森海每年免费在中新（南通）国际海事培训中心为加入森海的航海类毕业生准备的课程。）今天结束了所有的课程，迎来了毕业典礼！
典礼分四部分组成：
1、董事长致辞
森海董事长赵玮先生为毕业典礼致辞，他首先给大家分析了目前受疫情影响国内、国外的最新形势，以及在这种情况下会对经济和航运市场的影响进行了分析。告诉同学们航运环境的特殊性，现在的经济形势反而会给航运企业创造更多的机会，相比于今年陆地就业机会非常紧张的情况，海上职位还是相对有更多的机会和发展空间的。公司也会积极配合船东做好防护工作，确保船员的安全。也希望同学们以积极的心态面对工作与生活。
在METP培训这一个月期间，他非常关心同学们的学习情况，会认真查看教师们发给他的每位学生学习成果的评估报告，对同学们的进步和提高表示非常欣喜。并预祝同学们顺利通过大证考试，面试上自己最心仪的船东。公司会始终与大家在一起的。
2、教师代表发言
蒋璐船长作为教师代表表达了自己在这一个月中的心得体会：他表示这一月是非常难忘的一个月，虽然这次教学是在特殊的时期采取了特殊的方式，这也让他和大家有了共同的经历。这一个月的教学工作虽然告一段落，以后还是随时欢迎大家一起学习一起探讨，希望所教的一些知识和案例能在同学们上船时派上用场。同时在同学们身上也学到了很多，最后祝愿大家都有一个美好的前程，美好的人生。
3、学生代表发言
三名METP学员代表发言，把学习感想表达了出来，特别值得一提的是同学们都是用英文进行发言的，语音语调很是纯正，看来这一个月的学习颇见成效，参加船东面试也是妥妥的了。

Singhai is a goodcompany.
As a freshgraduate of the student, a sudden change from students to sailors must notadapt to, after all, the school to learn theoretical knowledge with the ship isstill a gap. Soon, a notice from the company on the 10th February,2020 to organize METP training reassured me. However, the outbreak was sosevere that many families did not get together to celebrate the SpringFestival, which was supposed to be a time of family happiness. Due to the outbreak,we cannot carry out the METP training in the SINIMI according to the previousmode. However, in order not to affect your participation in the shipownerinterview and to arrange you to board the ship as soon as possible after theoutbreak receded, the company decided to conduct the 4-week METP training inthe online mode. While my classmates were still waiting at home, I was alreadytraining at home. I feel like I've chosen a really good company.
Singhai is a bigfamily.
As early as theend of September 19, when captain wang and captain zhu went to our school torecruit students, I felt that singhai was not only a company, but also a bigfamily. So I talked to them for hours, and I talked to them, and I felt like Iwasn't talking to the leaders, I felt like I was talking to the brothers. Andthe class opening ceremony on the 17th February, chairman zhao wei gave me thefeeling that he was the head of the family. Chairman zhao wei gave us our firstlesson. For you to analyze the situation of the outbreak, carefully toldeveryone to do a good job in protection, and psychological counseling foreveryone. Then I explained the seafarer's career development prospect, careercognition and the enterprise culture of singhai. In thefollowing ten days, we had a systematic online training. I was still wonderingwhy the training lasted for 20 days. It was not until I began to learn that thecompany's arrangement was really perfect and I still had a lot to learn. In themorning, the captain of the old rail in English for our class, exercise ourability to listen to English. In addition to explaining the ship's expertise,they would also occasionally tell us some small stories, what they had seen andheard, they were like brothers, they taught by example, they Shared theirexperience. Their patient and detailed explanation opened the door for us tosail, gave us a deeper understanding of the life on the ship, enhanced ourconfidence to pass the examination and interview, and made us feel the company'smeticulous care for us. In addition to interview skills, conventions, personalsafety and communication language on board, the company also specially arrangedtraining on leadership and management skills, which benefited me a lot. Thankyou, teachers. In the afternoon, captain wang took us to have a classdiscussion to practice our ability to speak English. I think this kind oflearning mode is very good, not only can use the discussion to consolidate theknowledge learned in the morning, but also can practice English. One day,captain wang invited captain song, an expert of liquid cargo ship, to explainto us the expertise of LNG carrier and the special requirements ofinternational laws and regulations, which opened a new door for us. Whether it is METPtraining or interview skills training, singhai has done its best to give us thebest teaching. In addition, the company also specially for the guidance of thebig card, to help students who did not pass the examination for thethird officer as soon aspossible to get this navigation key. Through the training in the past fewweeks, I got to know many sailing seniors and friends, understood the sailingculture, improved my English, mastered the interview skills of shipowners,prepared the ground for the interview of the shipowners we liked, and laid thefoundation for the transformation from "student-crew". More make ourfuture sailing life full of confidence.

Honorable leaders, teachers, and dear students, good morning! I am HaoZhenyu from Jimei University. It’s my great honor to give a speech on behalf ofthe engine cadets. A month ago, due to the worrisome epidemic situation, we hadto train in a special way. Telling jokes that many teachers would never dreamof teaching through website. However, no matter what kinds of difficulties weface, we have successfully completed the training. Here, I sincerely thanks allthe teachers for your hard work.
With our joint efforts, we had a fruitful month and gained a lot in METPtraining. We have a more comprehensive understanding of all kinds of laws andregulations on sea. For example, the STCW, are not only just four letters, butstand for International Convention on Standards of Training,Certification andWatchkeeping for Seafarers. My English pronunciation has further improved,having read for many years second and finally corrected to second. Moreimportantly, the work experience shared by captains and chief engineers enablesus to understand our future experience more deeply and thoroughly.
We are still freshmen in sailing, but we are ready to sail away. Finally,thanks for company and guidance, I faithfully wish all seniors a favorablecareer, and I wish all my fellows a successful interview. Thanks for yourlistening!

尊敬的各位领导船长老轨，亲爱的同学们，转眼我们为期一个月的METP培训结束了，相信大家和我一样在不同方面都有所收获。我很荣幸能成为学生代表发言，首先请允许我先自我介绍一下，我叫张洪瑞，来自大连海事大学船舶电子电气工程专业，家乡是西安的，我很高兴能与大家在森海相识，并且很乐意与大家成为朋友。
还依稀的记得当初面试嘉年华的场景，风趣幽默的罗成船长第一次见到我，说我长得像菲律宾人，我心里想菲律宾人，我有那么丑吗，当时其实我内心并没有不高兴，反而觉得很有希望，心想HR应该是记住了我。经过紧张的面试后，我最终通过了嘉年华的面试。于是带着希望我加入到了森海公司。
聚木成森，海纳百川，开班典礼董事长赵玮先生给我们上的第一堂课，我才明白了森海这个名字的真正含义，他让我知道了作为一个海员有着国际视野是多么重要。长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。未来会发生什么，我们无法预料，我们所能做的就是坚实的做好我们每一步，活在当下未尝不是一种高贵的品质。
关于METP的培训我想从两点说明一下我的感受，第一是知识的收获。METP的培训给我的感觉可以用正规两个字概括，公司的培训方法很科学，早上理论课下午讨论课，特别是下午的讨论，对我们的帮助是非常大的，因为学校里我们都是以上课的形式接收知识，很少有机会去专门的练习的口语，平时不想说话的人，在这个讨论课也就只能逼迫自己去练习，语言这个东西就是得去练习，没有捷径，只有通过不断的练习，才能达到预期的效果。所以我认为，不管你的英语水平如何，通过METP培训后，肯定是有所收获的。其次就是理论知识，培训的课题很实用也很专业，船长老轨讲了有面试技巧、标准航海通信用语、法律法规、船上个人安全等，要说大家能全部吸收也不现实，但是对于我们即将上船的实习生来说提前了解熟悉，对于我们以后工作的顺利进行是非常有帮助的。就拿我自己为例吧我记得有一次蒋船长问我钳子怎么读，我不知道哪个单词是钳子的意思，但这些工具的单词对于机舱同学们来说是必须要知道的，因为每天机舱干活都会用到这些工具，如果你不知道别人说的意思，那活也就没法干了。所以经过学习我不仅知道了钳子怎么读，也知道了扳手spanner，锯子hacksaw，螺丝刀screwdriver等等，这也是我觉得此次培训最重要的收获吧。
第二点，我想说的是心灵上的收获，加入森海公司这个大家庭中，确实感受到了温暖，公司杨老轨，王船长几次打电话问候我的情况，大到关心你的大证通过情况，小到提醒你公司的培训，无时无刻都体现着为船员着想。还有就是风趣幽默的蒋船长了，他分享他的奇闻异事，可以说这是我最喜欢部分了，相信大家也一样，听着那些故事就会身历其境，越发觉得海员是个伟大而又充满激情的职业。杨老轨是我们E1班的班主任，他认真负责，跟我们很亲近，我们很快就融入到了他的课堂氛围当中，无话不谈不管什么问题杨老轨都能细心的为我们解答，让我们对海员这个职业有了更深的了解。E1班的同学真的都非常优秀，特别是郝振宇同学，英语发音真的很标准，其他同学也都有各自的优点，值得我学习的地方还有很多。能跟大家在森海相识这就是缘分，我希望这种缘分能持续下去，化缘分为友情，在航海的道路上我们能互帮互助两肋插刀。我的一位老师曾经说过，一个人的气质，取决于他走过的路，读过的书和遇到的人，我想把这句话分享给大家，希望我们能够珍惜我们身边遇到的每一个人，做一个有气质的人。
聚木成森，海纳百川；学汇百川，得济四海。希望我们每一位航海的追梦人在实现自己的理想的道路上，能劈波斩浪奋勇向前，也祝愿森海海事服务有限公司前程似锦越办越好。我的演讲完毕，谢谢。
4、大证辅导课程讲解
对于如何通过大证考试，是同学们目前最担心的问题。关于大证考试，森海也做好了安排，我们聘请了国内海事类院校的专业老师，给大家进行每门课的辅导，从考试大纲，考试重点以及复习方法等方面，帮助学生顺利通过大证考试。
