The casual atmosphere was filled with smiles and positive energy when the Singapore Directors
and staff met with the President of Singhai Marine Services Group, Terence Zhaowei. Occasion:
the annual meeting to sum up the past year’s achievements and to chart the new course for the
year.
森海海事服务董事总经理赵玮先生同新加坡办公室各部门领导及员工于新加坡办公室举行了2018年度会议。会议在轻松愉悦的氛围下举行。会议对2017年的成就进行了总结，并对2018年的工作进行新的展望和部署。

Terence thanked all the Directors for making a huge and positive impact to the group of companies’
performances last year. Although last year business results were good by many measures, there
are still more business opportunities to capitalize in the coming year.
赵总对各部门领导的贡献给予了肯定并感谢大家的辛勤工作。过去公司在各个方面都取得了良好的成绩。新的一年也定有更多的机遇等待着我们。
Terence recalled the early days when he had started the business in Singapore and how he forged
ahead with enthusiasm to gain the clients’ trust. Facing the many odds then, he persevered and
quickly got the company flourishing through a set of values he espoused and namely in Honesty,
Enthusiasm, Accountability, Responsibility and Trustworthiness. Now H.E.A.R.T. is imbibed as a
company culture by all staff and an acronym that some employees literally took it to heart!
赵总谈到，在公司起步阶段，他对获得客户信任报以极大的热情，即便面临着困难，他仍然坚持不懈，最终公司形成了名为HEART的价值观，展开来讲就是诚实，热情，可靠，负责，值得信赖。全心全意为客户服务现在是公司的文化，被每一位员工铭记在心。
“Singapore business activities are the dynamo of the Group’s operations and will continue
to be for a long time, and provided all pull in the same direction and towards the same
objectives”, said Terence.
“新加坡业务在过去，现在和将来很长一段时间都将是集团业务的核心和动力之源。我们还要心往一处想，劲往一处使，朝着目标继续努力。”赵总这样说道。
He continued, “For the coming year, all Singhai Marine Services departments have to stay
focused and be more customers oriented; and that is, to better understand the existing
clients’ needs and provide premier value add services.”
他继续说：“在接下来一年，森海海事服务的每一个部门和员工仍然要抓住重点，以客户为导向，真正了解客户的需求，为客户提供更多更优质的增值服务。”
“Although some of our major clients are now on austerity drives, they have entrusted
almost all their Chinese seafarers to us for consolidated management of their crews. In
other words, we are now their Choice Service Provider and this is something that we must
cherish and never to lose this trust,” said Terence.
“目前我们的一些主要客户虽然在优化支出，但仍然将几乎所有中国船员交给我们进行集中管理，换言之，我们已经是他们服务提供商的首选之一，我们须对此感到珍惜和感激，让他们不失所望，”赵总说。
For this year, Singhai Marine
Services Singapore would be
moving office premises and
we also intend to move
service standards higher
standards. Terence firmly
believed that the Singapore
Team can be spurred to
deliver even better results
this year.
新年里，新加坡办公室将入驻新办公环境，我们的服务也将更上一层楼，赵总坚信新加坡团队将在新的一年里交出令人满意的答卷。
Like in all meetings, the
Directors gave their honest
opinions, feedback and
pledged their wholehearted commitments to achieve this year’s objectives. It will be an exciting
year of achievements!
部门领导们也总结了工作，提出了意见和反馈，并承诺新的一年里将继续向着公司目标努力。新的一年也定将成为令人激动的一年。
After the meeting, Terence and Ms Wu Xiao Ling hosted the staff to a sumptuous dinner at the
SEACARE Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to meet up with up with old friends and
acquaintances in the local maritime circles and had a memorable and enjoyable evening filled with
fun and laughter.
会议结束后，赵总及吴晓凌女士在SEACARE酒店招待了与会人员，我们也有幸见到航运圈的老朋友。晚宴令人难忘，充满了欢声笑语。
