2016 has been a challenging year for shipping in general and for crew supply in particular.

Throughout 2016, Singhai has performed to expectations and I am confident that we will remain efficient and profitable for 2017. We have achieved operational success as heard from the positive feedbackfrom our clients. We have cultivated better relationships with our clients from the numerous client visits. We have new initiatives like the Crew Free certificates to serve seafarers better. We have also secured new business, customers and as our customers grow, Singhai will continue to grow to grow with them. We have conducted numerous trainings to upgrade the knowledge and skills of our staff to serve our clients better. 2016 has also seen us becoming more global with the addition of our Myanmar office to supplement our strong crew supply strength. We will have to continue the progress without reducing speed.

Let us bid farewell to a satisfactory 2016 and welcome the year of the golden rooster in 2017. Looking ahead,golden rooster 2017 will be even more challenging than 2016 especially for crew supply where the competition will be hard and furious. We need to be one step ahead must always be ahead of our competitors by providing quality seafarers, with a cost efficient and value added services.

Our brothers and sisters at sea must work towards the professional image of making Chinese seafarers the work force that our principle wants. Our Chinese seafarers should be the partners of choice of our clients.
